Randall Birchfield

As a lifetime resident of Carter County, Randall has served the Elizabethton Community in a variety of ways. Randall began his Real Estate Career 34 years ago as an Affiliate Broker. Within two years, he obtained his Broker's license and opened his own office. With much dedication, integrity and a lot of hard work, Randall's business grew. He achieved the honors of: being cited Who's Who by the National board of REALTORS and Outstanding Young Men of America. Randall has served on the Elizabethton Board of REALTORS as Secretary and President ,as well as, the Design and Review Board of Urban Renewal. He is currently a member of the Northeast Tennessee, Tennessee and National Association of REALTORS,  and holds a Tennessee/North Carolina Real Estate & Brokers license. He also holds a Tennessee and North Carolina Auctioneer's License.  He has an excellent staff of professionals that assist him in his Auctions. Randall is a Certified and Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the  state of Tennessee and has completed appraisals for most of the area court systems and testified in real estate matters. Tammie is a native of Carter County. She became an Affiliate Broker in 1996 and has been working in Real Estate ever since. She has an Associate's of Applied Science Degree in Business Management. Tammie is a recipient of Northeast Tennessee Association of REALTORS Sales Achievement Award. She is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, an Affiliate Broker and office manager. Randall Birchfield Real Estate & Auction would like to welcome and introduce Jason & Ashley Blevins.  Jason & Ashley both are Licensed Affiliate Brokers and Licensed Apprentice Auctioneers.  They will be working together as a team to better serve our area.  Ashley is a native of the tri-cities area.  She is familiar with the real estate profession through her father, Randall Birchfield, who has been in the business for over 30 years.  For the past 6 years, she has been working in the real estate office while furthering her education.  She is a graduate from East Tennessee State University and has done graduate work on a Master's in Occupational Therapy at Milligan College.  Jason, a native of Grundy, Virginia, relocated to the Tri-Cities in 1994.  He has a degree in Biology from Emory & Henry in Emory, VA.  An avid hunter and fisherman, Jason is familiar with our area mountains, rivers  and lakes.
